Volunteers from other Romanian cities and we met in a hotel in Bucharest for the On Arrival course. We met our instructors and volunteer friends from other cities on the first day of the one-week course. On Arrival team consisted of 6 countries. (Italy, Turkey, France, Lithuania, Germany, Jordan) We organized activities to get to know each other in the first days of training. Each volunteer team prepared a presentation describing their project and shared it with other volunteers. All volunteers learned something about other projects. We talked about respect and acceptance for each other. We were given information about volunteering, Romania and the Romanian people. We received trainings about Erasmus and Youth pass. We learned about Cigna. We learned what we can do if we encounter any health problems. We received training on how to deal with a project-related, volunteer-related and personal problem. During this one-week training, we got the answers to all the questions we had in mind.
